  • Packman - Multimedia-rpm's für SuSE Linux, Anlaufstelle Nr. 1 (xine, mplayer, transcode, dvd:rip,...)! Kann auch als Installationsquelle in Yast hinzugefügt werden, oder als quelle in apt & synaptic/kynaptic
  • ebenfalls für SuSE-user interessant: oc2pus hat in seinem apt-repository etliche hier erwähnte tools fertig gebaut zur verfügung gestellt! Wenn ihr mehr über apt, die Installation und Benutzung erfahren wollt, werft einen blick in das APT-Forum des linux-club! Bei Gentoo gibt es natürlich keine vorkompilierten Pakete. Zu den meisten Tools existieren ebuilds. Für nicht unterstützte Pakete gibt es Drittanbieter-ebuilds.

  • bin2iso - ein .bin ohne .cue? bin2iso erstellt ein cue. bin/cue --> iso
  • nrg2iso - nero's nrg unter linux bruzzeln
  • mp3cue cutter - mp3cue ist teil von poc, einem streaming programm, damit kann man mp3 cues in einzeilne tracks zerschnipseln ;)
  • KIso - ein Programm zum Öffnen, Bearbeiten, Konvertieren und Brennen von iso, bin, nrg(!!)

  • wired - Wired aims to be a professional music production and creation software running on the Linux operating system. Wired supports unlimited Audio/Midi tracks playback and recording, and introduces a Plugin system for instruments and effects. It can also read AKAI CDs and import 18 different Wave formats.
  • Frinika - Frinika is a free, complete music workstation software for Linux, Windows, Mac OSX Tiger and other operating systems running Java 1.5 (J2SE5.0). It features sequencer, soft-synths, realtime effects and audio recording.
